I have got cakes to post.  Even more by the time New Year rolls by but in the meantime here’s a picture of the red velvet cupcakes we made for the Balbriggan Christmas Market today.  We made red velvet, vanilla chocolate, chocolate chocolate (yep), snickerdoodles, rolled cinnamon and sugar and . . . am too tired to think of what else we made.  It was fantastic and thanks to everyone who came to see us and say hello.
