The above cakes are all 8″ cake and all with the exception of the chocolate/gold cake are rich christmas cakes and fed with brandy once a week for 8 weeks until delivery.  Boozy but delicious.  The chocolate/gold cake is simply decorated with ribbon and chocolate swirls and is a light christmas cake.
