I was told to design whatever I wanted for this Christening Cake.  As I am surrounded by men in my house I wanted to do something really girly for Sorcha’s mum, Saidbh.  I remember having vests as a kid with little rosebuds on them and I thought it would look fantastic as a cake.  The cake itself is a 10″ chocolate biscuit cake, with just enough rum to make it a very grown up cake.
